STORE PROCESS

Trained members of leadership and Production Writers at West Hartford, Glastonbury, Hingham, Portland, and University Heights on the global bakery production tool know as PBPL (2019).

Partnered with Michelle Toth, and the Change Enablement Team via Chime to develop the Inkling Job aid, and Cornerstone training for the Par Batch Production Log. Training is currently used company wide. (2020)

GODMOTHERD

Cakes were to be featured in Disney's 2020 FILM, Godmothered. Production was cut short 2 days before the shoot due to COVID, and the cake scene was never filmed. Nevertheless, the cast and crew were delighted with the cakes and enjoyed eating them. Project was a collaberation with Heather Taoultsides, FPD.

2017 Vetted and authored recipes for 5", 6", 9" ,and frosting for our region. Assisted with trials for Chantilly component from Main Street, which is currently used company wide.
